Return Policy

We offer a 3-day return window, meaning you can request a return within 3 days of receiving your order under the following conditions:

  • The package is received in poor condition.
  • The fabric has stains or marks.
  • The fabric's color or design does not match the purchase order.

Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it—unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Proper images of the issue must be shared with our support team, and upon mutual agreement, we will initiate the return process. We will provide detailed instructions on how and where to return the package. Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

Return Conditions

  • Returns are accepted only for defects or damages in the fabric.
  • Only fabric lengths exceeding 4 meters are eligible for returns.
  • The fabric must be unwashed, unstitched, and unused.
  • Tags must remain intact as they were during shipment.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. This will allow us to address the issue promptly.

Exchanges

For exchanges, the quickest way is to return the original item and, once the return is approved, place a separate order for the desired item.

Refunds

After we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you about the refund approval status. Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 10 business days. Note that banks or credit card companies may take additional time to process and post the refund.

Items Not Covered Under Return/Exchange

1. Grey/Greige Dobby and Lurex Fabrics: As unprocessed raw materials, these may have mill markings, especially in bulk quantities (>100 meters).

2. Cotton Fabrics: Pure cotton fabrics may shrink by up to 4%.

3. Change of Mind: Returns due to preference changes or dissatisfaction are not accepted. Detailed specifications are provided in our fabric catalog; please review them carefully before purchasing.

 

Cancellation Before Shipment

  1. Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement if the fabric has not been cut. The full amount will be refunded without questions.
  2. Changes to the shipping address can also be requested within 24 hours of placing the order.
